Pantani Arte fully guarantees the quality of its service. There is still the possibility of exercising the right of withdrawal: the company Pantani Arte provides the assistance needed to explain how to return the product. Right of withdrawal

Purchases made using the Pantani Arte service are subject to the rules laid down by Legislative Decree 185 of 22 May 1999: the consumer may therefore exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the product.
NOTE: the packaging must be returned perfectly intact and sealed for all products.

Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal

Consumers who intend to exercise the right of withdrawal must be send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the product, containing: the wish to avail oneself of the benefits granted by the law, the details of the product, progressive order number issued at the time of purchase/order and the data relating to your bank account (bank name, branch, current account number, ABI, CAB...) to the following address:

Alternatively, the consumer may send:
A) a telegram within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the product, to the above address;
B) an e-mail to info@pantaniarte.it within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the product, indicating the same elements as the registered letter mentioned above.
In cases A) and B) the communication must be confirmed within 48 hours after sending the telegram or fax by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address mentioned above.

To obtain a refund of the amount paid, within the same term of 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the goods, the consumer must also send back the item for which he/she wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, by post.

The product must be accompanied by the delivery note and the receipt or invoice attachments provided on delivery.

Refund of amount paid

Within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the communication in which the consumer expresses a wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, Pantani Arte shall refund the amount paid by bank wire transfer. The above refund refers exclusively to the price of the product, as shown in the order form and delivery note: in any case, the costs for shipping and home delivery of the product will not be reimbursed and, therefore, shall be borne by the consumer. A necessary condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the product and the packaging.

Returns and refunds for merchandise that is defective or does not conform to the required characteristics In the event of goods that are defective or inconsistent with the required characteristics, the product may be: replaced by contacting the Customer Service department at +39 349 7743726 or by sending an email to info@pantaniarte.it. If the customer does not wish to have the goods returned, the value of the order shall be reimbursed following the same procedure as that concerning the right of withdrawal. In this case the relative costs shall be borne by Pantani Arte.

Shipments

Pantani Arte products are delivered throughout Italy and abroad via the courier SDA. In order to obtain a more rapid and timely delivery of products, it is essential to ensure the provision of accurate and complete information for an immediate identification of the final destination. In case of failure to find the recipient, the courier shall attempt a second delivery of the package. case of failure to find the recipient, the courier shall leave a notice with detailed information for the collection of the goods.

Delivery costs

The cost for home delivery services include the preparation of shipping, packaging, and transport to the indicated address. When entering a purchase order, the electronic order form will highlight, in a distinct manner, the total cost of the selected products and the amount that will be charged for delivery.
