What is the average shipping time?
Delivery times in Italy are from one to a maximum of three days. For foreign countries the time is a week on average, the time may vary according to the standards and rules applied by the customs of each country, and customs policies vary widely from country to country.
How much time does it take to prepare ordered products?
For products on the website we try to ship the goods no later than five days from receipt of the order.
Are the original paintings unique?
Original paintings are unique and unrepeatable.
What is the technique used for these prints?
The printing technique is digital on hammered Tintoretto paper.

Can goods be returned?
Goods can be returned in accordance with the right of withdrawal, or if they do not conform to the required characteristics, no later than ten days after receiving the package. What are the methods most frequently used for packaging?
For paintings, prints and originals with passepartout, special packaging used with rigid and bubble wrap cardboard, while special tubes are used for flexible paper prints.
How are packages shipped?
Our products are delivered in Italy and worldwide via the courier SDA. You may obtain tracking information on your package by entering the waybill number in the courier SDA link that you will find on the site. The shipping costs include the preparation of packaging, transport and delivery to the destination address. When the purchase order is completed, the form you filled out will highlight the overall cost of the goods and the shipping charges.

What if you fail to complete and therefore ship the order?
The moment, for any reason, that we find we not able to ship an order for which the customer has already paid, we will organise a refund of the amount paid by sending the customer an e-mail, with the request of the data necessary to immediately refund the amount by bank wire transfer.
Can claims be sent in for faulty or damaged goods?
Claims for damaged goods, or goods that do not in any case conform to the characteristics of the order, may be forwarded within and no later than three days, via telephone to our number +39 349 7743726 or to the following email info@pantaniarte.it.
Is it possible to contact you directly for any customised requests on the purchase of products?
You can contact us at any time, and we will be pleased to find the solution that most suits your needs. Obviously, in this case the transaction shall be completed without to use the e-commerce.
What type of document accompanies the goods?
Each sale is accompanied by a receipt. An invoice will be issued if a VAT number is included by the customer in the order form.
What are your required payment methods?
The following are the required payment methods:

  • In the first case, the customer must send the specific payment receipt so that the order can be shipped
